This is a wonderful place in East Oxford. Backing right up to Florence Park, it is quiet and convenient. The easy access to the back garden was great as we had bicycles to store each night. The house itself is well-appointed and comfortable. We are glad we chose to stay here rather than in central Oxford as it was much more relaxing, and yet has easy access via bicycle or bus for wherever you want to go. Highly recommended!

The place was clean; the yard provides some nice extra space, with a table to eat outdoors with the family. The kitchen and living room are small but functional. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, just by Florence Park. We had a nice stay.

The house was warm and welcoming. As described and the communication was good with clear timely instructions. We were visiting the city centre and found the location was good to walk from and also well serviced by public transport
